Instrument characteristics

1. This instrument consists of an air chamber, a single opening gasoline chamber, a double opening gasoline chamber, a water bath, a temperature control device, a stirrer, a pressure gauge, etc. The overall structure is simple and easy to operate.

2. The air chamber, single opening gasoline chamber, and double opening gasoline chamber are all made of copper material. The volume ratio of the air chamber to the gasoline chamber is 3.8-4.2.

3. The water bath is a central insulation bucket, equipped with main and auxiliary electric heaters and electric stirring devices to maintain a bath temperature of 37.8 ± 0.1 ℃. Above the bath, there is a bracket for placing test bullets, which can hold two test bullets at a time.

4. The temperature control device adopts digital display and is installed on the left side of the electrical box.
